Cars (The reason you’re here!)

Q: Why is test driving a car important?

A: Browsing for a vehicle online is a good starting point for finding your dream car, but you can only get a true “feel” for the car with a test drive. This will allow you to experience the vehicle in the way that you will be for many miles down the road and give you confidence that you’re making the right choice.

Q: What is the difference between used and certified pre-owned?

A: There are many reasons why buying a used vehicle is a great option for certain customers and affordability is certainly a big one. Saving money on upfront costs and avoiding depreciation can be a terrific value. A certified pre-owned vehicle adds a layer of assurance thanks to a thorough vehicle inspection and a manufacturer-backed warranty to help you drive with confidence.

Service & Parts

Q: How important is car maintenance?

A: Buying a car is a big deal for most people and keeping that investment in good shape means staying on top of vehicle maintenance. Many Toyota parts in your car have a limited lifespan and after you’ve put mileage on, it’s essential to service them – things like fluids, belts, plugs and wires, etc., all need to be checked regularly. This keeps your car running at its best for as long as possible and you can schedule Toyota service conveniently online.

Q: How do I know when I need an oil change?

A: It is recommended that you have your oil changed every three months or every 3000-5000 miles, depending on the model (specifics can be found in the owner’s manual). It’s one of the simplest yet most important responsibilities of any vehicle owner.

Finance

Q: How do I find out what my trade-in is worth?

A: The best way to get an idea of the value of your existing vehicle before you trade it in is to use our Value My Trade tool online. Classic Toyota offers fair market value and we encourage everyone to check out what their vehicle is worth before they visit the dealership.

Q:  Can I buy a car without credit?

A: There’s no denying that a better credit score is going to help get you a better interest rate on your auto loan, but Classic Toyota will work with all of our customers to offer the best loan possible. We even offer an online Credit Application so you can see where you stand ahead of time.
